Rashtriya Koyla Khadan Mazdoor Sangh (RKKMS) has demanded an inquiry into the death of a contract worker engaged in Western Coalfields Limited (WCL), in a mine accident. The deceased, Poona Ram aged around 49 years was engaged in the Jamunia Pathar mine of Western Coalfields Limited a central government undertaking. He was working on the conveyor belt and was crushed between the rollers of the belt. The conveyor belt transports coal out of the mine.
