The Directorate of Social Security has not received the minutes of the meetings of Sub Divisional and District committees, which implies the meetings are not conducted regularly. Direction to hold meetings every two months as in the provision of the Act. The role of Vigilance Committee in identifying and releasing bonded labourers and the role of screening committee in rehabilitating the freed bonded labourers. The minutes of each of these meetings to be sent to the Secretary.
