Horizon With Labour
In the light of complaint made by Ghurien Mahto of Bachpan Bachao Andolan (to NHRC, Case No- 2097/4/29/07-08/U.C of non rehabilitation of released bonded labourers), directions issued to the DMs to ensure speedy rehabilitation of the released bonded labourers and submit a status report by 25/08/2009 to the Labour department. That the NHRC has taken this case of non rehabilitation in adverse and will take take action against the officers found guilty.
