The Collector of District Sukma, Chhattisgarh constitutes District Level Vigilance Committee, District Sukma for the implementation of BLSA Act and monitoring the labour activities. Since, there is only one sub-division namely Konta in District Sukma, with headquarters at Sukma, the District Level Vigilance Committee will also work as Sub-Division Level Committee
