Requesting the Divisional Commissioner to directly report to the NHRC the status of bonded labour in the State by 15th March 2002. (The context: S.Jalaja, Jt. Secretary, NHRC had issued a letter dated 06/03/2002, stating to expand the area of monitoring & evolve mechanism to constantly review the implementation of the Act. The NHRC to obtain quarterly reports on the status of bonded labour in the prescribed porforma from the States. )
