Directions issued by the Court- all persons found bonded by the Saxena Committee may be directed to be released within 2 weeks from the date of order. Release certificates to be issued and handed over to the person simultaneously. Each bonded labour on making an application to be paid Rs 3,000/ as interim relief. Released bonded labourers must be rehabilitated by the State on a permanent basis. Implementation of the rehabilitation programme should not wait on account of the pendency of thepresent proceeding in the Apex Court. State Govt. to submit within 2 weeks of the order, a report setting out the permanenet rehabilitation programme formulated by them for scrutiny and approval by the Court with or without modifications. State Govt. and the concerned Collector will carry out all obligations under Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act and submit a report to the Court
