The Apex Court expresses its appreciation for the rehabilitation schemes brought by Govt of Tamil Nadu which has th eapproval of Sub Collector of kodaikanal as well as Sri Mehboob Batcha, Commssioner appointed by the Court. The court expresses the hope that the scheme will benefit 157 families working in the Kodaikanal hills will be implemented properly and effectively and several suggestions wich have been made by the learned counsel on behalf of the petitioners will be taken into account while implementing the scheme.
