CEC has been working on health, nutrition and education of children and women at the brick kilns of Uttar Pradesh On 28 May 2024 (the World Play Day), we organised a day full of fun for the children of brick kiln families in Surir, Mathura! This special day highlights the importance of play in nurturing physical, mental, and social well-being in children. The children actively participated in traditional games like "Posham Pa Bhai Posham Pa," "Kokila Ji Paaji Jummeraat Aayi Re," "Kho-Kho," and "Akash-Dharti-Patal." These games brought smiles and laughter to their faces, even amidst the scorching heat. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to play freely. Let's continue to champion the right to play for all!
