The New Year is going to bring good news for electricity workers in the Capital as the Delhi government has set up a special commission for their salary revision. The recommendations of the commission, once implemented, is expected to benefit around 30,000 employees as well as retired workers who had last received increments in the year 2009. This information was given by the Delhi government in the High Court during the hearing of a petition filed by the Delhi State Electricity Worker Union (DSEWU) in front of Justice Sunil Gaur.
