The Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) on Friday warned private organisations against violating the provisions of the EPFO Act by denying the social security benefit of EPF to its employees. Speaking to reporters after the inauguration of a dedicated number (18604251068) for PF-related grievances, Additional Central PF commissioner (Karnataka) V Vijaya Kumar said a large number of contract employees and construction workers across the state still remain deprived of PF benefits.
