160 kids who were rescued from brick kilns in Choutuppal a month ago have reasons to cheer now. The kids, a majority of them under 13 hailing from Odisha, were initially admitted in nearby government schools, but Telugu became a big problem for them. To their relief, Aide et Action, an NGO, working on migrant issues, came forward to help the kids to educate them in Odiya language. Earlier, teams from the Odisha child welfare department also visited the kids and submitted a report to the government. Rachakonda police said they are pursuing the matter with the collector for providing education to the kids.
