Horizon With Labour
The Working paper on child labour examines the socio-economic background; educational status; working conditions; and employment/wage pattern of the child domestic workers. The case study was conducted in the different parts of Delhi including Kacha Rasta Basti, Malviya Nagar; Kusumpur Pahadi Basti, Vasant Vihar; and Sukhpur Basti, Punjabi Bagh. The study also looks at the role of migration and upward mobility of the urban middle class in the increase of the child labour.
