Life for 650 underprivileged children in Ferozepur, was all about the realms of brick making, till the time District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) intervened to provide them free of cost education. The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) in its outreach programme has identified 1,154 children and issued guidelines to the education department to arrange for their admission in government schools. While 650 children have already started their free education till the month of March including 30 children to the Primary School and compulsory education is no more a distant dream for these kids.
