Horizon With Labour
The Apex Court directed the release and rehabilitation of 678 persons of Saraipalli Tehsil in Madhya Pradesh who were identified a s bonded labourers by the sociolegal investigating Commissioner appointed by the Court. The Apex Court furtther directed the State govt to identify bonded labourers afresh within 03 months from the date the list containg names of persons alleged to be bonded labourers is filed by the advocate of the petitioner. The Apex Court also directed that orders with appropriate certificates of release be passed by the competent authority immediately thereafter entitling them for rehabilitation.
