Authority employees threaten hunger strike for non-payment of bonuses

The employees of Airport Authority of India (AAI) have threatened their management that they will go on a hunger strike if their bonuses are not paid. In a letter written by the AAI employees Union, they have said that they would go on a hunger strike from April 4 if they are not paid their bonuses. The letter mentions four issues, namely - bonus profit sharing with the employees, defined Superannuation Pension, Employment assistance and release of an increment to the employees who completed 15 years of service on the revision of new pay scales.
