This booklet was a part of the National Campaign on Labour Rights (NCLR) launched by trade unions and labour organizations to address the issues of labour rights in the era of globalization. The documentation of unfair labour practices was one of the major components of the campaign. The Southern Regional Consultation was the second among the five regional consultations planned as part of the NCLR. This booklet details on the issues addressed and the recommendations came across during the consultation.
