District in-charge Secretary Manjunath Prasad has instructed the district administration to provide jobs to every one with a job card under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MNREGA). Attending a drought review meeting here on Friday, he said that the State government had liberalised norms to help officers take up drought relief works. The officials should not delay taking up drought relief works in rural areas, Mr. Prasad said.
